There are quite a few reasons this could happen: #1, do not have special characters in your GIF's tags. #2, browser incapability. Different platforms will utilize Tenor's API differently. What you can do for Discord, though, is go to Tenor.com and search your GIF there. When you click the GIF you're happy with, the link at the top of your web browser is the same embed link that Discord uses. So you don't need to search through Discord if you're having this problem. 2.

yeah I can't use tenor either, but apparently my friend said they can. Might be a ISP specific issue, since I use FPT and they use VNPT. If you use internet long enough in Vietnam, you will know that site-blocking in VN is ISP-specific, and region-specific, even for politic sites.
Bug Report. Every time I try to post a Tenor gif from the gif search function, the upload gets stuck with the progress bar not advancing past the "home" icon on the bottom left.
