The 2021–22 Martyr's Memorial A-Division League (Nepali: शहीद स्मारक ए डिभिजन लिग २०७८), also known as the Qatar Airways Martyr's Memorial A-Division League for sponsorship reasons, [4] was the 44th edition of the Martyr's Memorial A-Division League since its establishment in 1954-55.
The 2015 Nepal National League also known as the Redbull National League for sponsorship reasons was the 2nd edition of Nepal National League. There were 9 teams that will featured in the league. Three Star Club became Champion beating Manang Marsyangdi Club in the last game of the league. The Champion received 10 million rupees.
Although Nepal had been playing football with the teams of various neighboring countries and friendly countries but the necessity to invite countries for competitive matches in Nepal was realized only in 1979 and hence ANFA cup football match was introduced. In the first match of ANFA cup Kathmandu-11 team was the winner which was held in Chaitra.
Martyr's Memorial C-Division League (Nepali: शहीद स्मारक सि डिभिजन लीग) is the third tier association football league of Nepali football league system after the Martyr's Memorial A-Division League and the Martyr's Memorial B-Division League. It is run by the All Nepal Football Association.
The stadium was supposed to host regular matches of the Martyr's Memorial A-Division League [6] for the 2021–22 season, but only saw its first league game after renovation during the 2023 season, where it hosted regular matches after its re-inauguration by the Prime Minister of Nepal in February 2023.
