The City Veterinary Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008. It has a U-shaped one-story building constructed of light-colored brick in 1942. This is of Streamline Moderne style, with curved surfaces, designed by Hungarian-American Tulsa architect Joseph R. Koberling, Jr.
The amusements included a three-car train and a Shetland pony ride. The first adult ride added to the park was a bumper car ride in 1955. In 1957, a Tilt-A-Whirl and miniature golf course were completed. [6] This would later grow into a family-owned amusement park with several dozen rides and attractions. [7]
OSU writes that the first osteopathic hospital in Tulsa was opened in 1924 at 14th and Peoria Ave. by C. D. Heasley, who named it the Tulsa Clinic Hospital.
