There is a Court of Common Pleas in each of Ohio’s 88 counties. In Ohio, the Common Pleas Court is divided into five subject-matter divisions; three of these divisions are delegated to the General Division in Darke County.

Report to the Criminal/Traffic Clerk’s service window and check in by properly identifying yourself. When your case is called you will be required to enter one of the following pleas: Guilty, Not Guilty or No Contest. Guilty or No Contest. A plea of guilty is a complete admission of your guilt.
