Name Indexes 1851-1991 Click on the red tab labeled INDEXES 1851-1991. Choose timeframe. Choose Grantor/Grantee. Choose Individual or Corporation/Firm. Type in last name or corporation name. Click Search.
After proper approvals from the Jackson County Planning Department (phone: 828-631-2261) and the Jackson County Land Records (phone: 828-586-7539), a Mylar copy and one paper copy is filed in the Register of Deeds Office.
