I like the idea of the CSS Zen Garden but I seem to have missed the boat on contributing and it has been years since the site was updated. Has anyone come across a similar type of site that is currently active where people can contribute different designs based on a single html file?

I'm a big fan of the old school, CSS Zen Garden era web design. I'm talking before responsive design and before web fonts so everyone banged out amazing looking sites using combinations of Verdana and Georgia just by varying line-height, letter-spacing, and other tricks to squeeze the last drop of style from the limited web safe fonts available.
I am looking for pure CSS skins sharing one HTML (something like what zengarden demonstrates possible). The sites you like have different html for different css templates. We have already incorporated something like that in web2py .
