Sold my 2022 Santa Cruz truck (loved that truck!) for a new 2025 santa cruz. There are several changes to the truck, other than the obvious front end change and the new dash board. The dash board is where most of my disappointments come from. The cluster screen is now different and does not include the digital speedo readout, in the center section.

I'm looking to buy another Cruz and figured I'd go up a trim level or 3. I like the rain sensing wipers, everything in the activity package, wireless charging and Android Auto, and that crazy digital dash and safety camera.

To be honest the sunroof is the must useless option people insist on having, i have had one on my last 3 vehicles and i used it maybe a handful of times at best, The weather has to be near perfect to really enjoy having it open, otherwise having the sun beating down on you thru the sunroof isn't very comfortable and leads to awkward sunburn lines on your arms and face

UHaul tried both 4 and 7 pin on my 2025 Santa Cruz and found insufficient, or at least incorrect, signals coming down the factory wiring to power even trailer lights. 12 v on pin 1, less than 3 v on pins 2 & 3, and 0 v on the remainder, even when braking or signalling = Hyundai isn't doing things conventionally anymore.
I really like what they did with teh 2025, addressed many of my complaints especially the dash. But I'm not ready to take the depreciation and higher finance rates to trade in my '24, not matter how "preferred" of a customer Hyundai says I am.
