Actually I never tasted Ezekiel 4:12 bread because it doesn't exist (although Ezekiel 4:9 bread does). No doubt it would taste abominable. Ezekiel bread is NOT gluten free. Sprouting the grains does NOT get rid of the gluten in the grains. As to date there has been no way found to totally remove the gluten form the offending grains. There are many grains that are gluten-free which people with celiac disease can safely consume, including corn (as long is it is not cross contaminated). This article has some detailed information on how to be 100% gluten-free, so it may be helpful (be sure to also read the comments section.):
