The third series of the British television sitcom Absolutely Fabulous premiered on BBC One on 30 March 1995 and concluded on 11 May 1995, consisting of six episodes. The third series was originally intended to be the final series of Absolutely Fabulous.
Absolutely Fabulous is a British sitcom, created and written by, and starring Jennifer Saunders, with Joanna Lumley, Julia Sawalha, Jane Horrocks, and June Whitfield.It was produced by Saunders & French Productions and BBC Productions, and initially broadcast a successful first series on BBC2, before moving to BBC One.
The first new special of Absolutely Fabulous: 20th Anniversary was broadcast on 25 December with the second episode being shown on 1 January 2012. The third and final special, aired on 23 July 2012, coincided with the 2012 Summer Olympics [ 8 ] in London, with Stella McCartney appearing in a cameo role.
Series 1-3 was released in October 2005. "Absolutely Everything" was released in May 2008. In Australia, the first series debuted on DVD Region 4 in October 2001. Australia was the first country to release "Absolutely Everything", although, not every episode was released within the set.
