I couldn't be happier with Ed's deer service. Ed is a heck of a good guy. Never using him before, he was great. I dropped the deer of Friday and picked it up Saturday. i had 3 deer sit overnight due to bad shots in my lifetime, 2 were perfectly fine the next morning which is about12-14 hours, the only time the meat was bad was an early october doe that laid overnight, and the buther i used that 1 time still butchered it and tried to tell me it was fine, and believe me it wasn't..
