The Sittaford Mystery is a work of detective fiction by British writer Agatha Christie, first published in the US by Dodd, Mead and Company in 1931 under the title of The Murder at Hazelmoor [1] [2] and in UK by the Collins Crime Club on 7 September of the same year under Christie's original title. [3]
The Sittaford Mystery is very loosely based on the novel (which does not feature Miss Marple) and changes the identity of the killer. At Bertram's Hotel is only loosely based on the novel, changing many elements of the plot, characters and time period. Ordeal by Innocence includes significant changes to the characters, adding Marple into the story.
