Yes, cancel the card. I have the same card and it doesn't do that. If it's having those problems now, it's bound to have worse problems in the future. If the card issuer can't even get a handle on their card, they're bound to screw you even more eventually.
Re: SYNCB/AMAZON Hard Inquiry Out of Nowhere. Synchrony's been doing a lot of unusual hard pulls lately. But this one's different. The others have come about three days after the initial hard pull for approval of a new card. Definitely call, ask what's up, and request that the pull be re-coded to soft.
I have an Amazon Prime Store Card through Synchrony Bank. I received a physical card, however, the credit is only good on Amazon. I started with a $1,300 CL and after a little over a year, I have a $3,400 CL. The best feature of the card is I receive a 5% back as a store credit on everything I purchase.
Answers. I had the same problem with my Synchrony SAMS Club card. Synchrony is producing bad format QFX files apparently. If I save the file instead of auto-opening the file with QuickenWindow, then I can edit the file with notepad. There is an R in the place of both the <DTSTART> and <DTEND> fields.
Once you have done that, try importing the file again by going to File>File Import>Web Connect (.QFX) File…. You should get a prompt asking if you want to add as a new account or link to an existing account. Try linking to the correct account first.

It could also be that Amazon Card has now actually changed what they download and no longer download that detail.
