John J. "Jack" Farley III (born July 30, 1942) [1] is a retired judge of the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. In September 1989, Jack Farley was nominated by President George H. W. Bush and confirmed by the United States Senate as a Judge of the United States Court of Veterans Appeals for a term of fifteen years.
