Long Biên is an urban district (quận) of Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. [3] The district currently has 14 wards , covering a total area of 59.82 square kilometres (23.10 sq mi). Long Binh is a ward of Biên Hòa City in Đồng Nai Province of Vietnam. It has an area of about 35km² and the population in 2017 was 133,206. [ 1 ] Currently, it is the largest ward, also one of the most populous ward of the city.
