Whitby Town F.C. was founded as Streaneshalch Football Club in October 1880, [1] soon after its foundation the club changed its name to Whitby Church Temperance. The name was changed in late 1882 to Whitby Football Club and continued to play friendly games as well as competing in the Scarborough & East Riding County Cup.
He was ever present in the youth team and reserve team until 2022. In April 2022, Braithwaite signed his first professional contract with the club. [2] On 30 August 2022, Braithwaite made his full professional debut against Derby County in the EFL Trophy. [3] He moved to Whitby Town on a one-month loan on 25 November 2022. [4]
In September 2023, he joined Northern Football League side West Auckland Town. [16] In December 2023, he signed for Northern Premier League side Whitby Town. [17] At the end of the season, Walker signed a new contract with Whitby. [18] On 4 February 2025, Walker joined National League North club Scarborough Athletic for an undisclosed fee. [19]
He re-joined Whitby on loan for the remainder of the 2022–23 season. On 5 June 2019, Mandeville signed a two-year contract with Chesterfield. [9] In October 2022, he signed a new contract with Chesterfield until the summer of 2024.
