I think you're referring to the "Orders" tab which lets you archive orders (I've done this before); I'm specifically looking to delete things that show up in the "Buy Again" tab which is the tab right next to "Orders". (For reference, I'm using a browser to access Amazon.
Hi! My Amazon account got put on hold because they detected unusual activity. I have sent an appeal already, but I'm not sure it'll be any good. If my account will be suspended or I don't try to resolve this what will happen to an ongoing order? I'm from the Philippines and I have a Samsung SSD order that shipped two days ago.
I bought a movie about a month ago and I wanted to watch it again, but it's only giving me options to rent or buy it. I'm in my brother's house and he's also using my prime account, so I don't understand why I have to pay to see the movie again even though I already did. We even have our own profiles for prime video so it makes less sense for me.
Step 1: after each item you order, from the order listing, select 'archive order' this moves that order from [orders] and puts it in [archived orders]. Step2: Once you get an item delivered, go into your [archived orders] and set the orders you received to [unarchive order] ... will go back into your regular order page.
New to ordering from Amazon and using prime. I have an order (all fulfilled by Amazon also, not 3rd party) of four items where one shipped almost immediately while the other three have still not shipped and it's coming up to two weeks since I've placed the order. When I check the pages, all items are still showing as in stock.
Hi, my sister's birthday is coming up in a few days and I ordered her a couple of presents from Amazon. The only problem is we share the Amazon account and using the 'Hide Order' button is absolutely useless because it doesn't hide the recommendations and the present is listed under the "Buy it again" menu when I go to my orders...
The math exercise I do is using the Amazon Prime credit card, vs the Amazon credit card. The Amazon Prime gives you 5% at Amazon and whole foods. The “plain” one gives you 3%. Prime is 14.99/month, or 139/year if you do the annual membership. 14.99/month is 179.88 annually.
While it certainly isn't unbelievable that Amazon or an company could offer poor service, I find it strange that this started for me immediately after signing up for prime. Looking at my previous two orders this year in my account I placed one on Jan 16th and it was delivered on the 19th and the second was placed on Feb 13th and delivered on ...
Depends on the seller and shipping method, but there's no deceptive wording. 6 days isn't so bad, compared to 4 days Prime considering Prime's price. I've learned my lesson now. I gave Amazon tons of money upfront thinking I'd get a great value in a fast shipping service. Wasn't the case.
Same, mine hasn't worked at all no matter what I try. Tried reaching out to Amazon with no luck. Only way to check orders or make returns etc is if I click the 3 lines at the bottom right, scroll all the way down to customer service and click on orders. Otherwise I have no access to my orders at all. Just tries loading over and over.
