Dec 16, 2023 @ 3:16am I don't know whats the deal with Capcom and insisting on Arcade versions only, but yeah don't bet on these games ever getting a re-release. Hell I am absolutely certain if we ever get a 3D Fighting Collection we'd get arcade versions of.... well, 3D fighters, which would suck hard because Rival Schools had so many extras ...
According to this guy, there's around 3.5F of input delay on average, which puts it just above 3rd Strike Online's average (by less than a frame), and under the Dreamcast/PS2/Xbox ports. That's pretty respectable, IMO.
Capcom account is just automatically made when you first boot up the game, similar to how Resident Evil 2/3/4 did. No launcher or Denuvo, this is probably so the game has a way to communicate with crossplay stuff.

Nope, only the ones with online matchmaking: Street Fighter 2 Hyper Fighting, Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo, Street Fighter Alpha 3, and Street Fighter 3 - 3rd Strike. It's funny since the training mode is in the "offline" menu... And I have no idea what you mean by cheats. Like from the old SNES carts? Or the arcade dip switches?
That's SF3: Third Strike Online Edition. Another port of 3S, and sadly not included in this collection. Dang I thought so, that's a shame.
