I went to locate a store in dollar tree website and used the check box of all store amenities. The one in Broadway has a Crafters square. No place in Chandler has a Crafters square. So , what you say might be a great way to find bigger stores. The one in Broadway doesn't have a snack area ( used those store amenities check box) .

Lots of organizers. Good pet section. Big Dollar Tree Plus section. Cons: Overall they often have a lot of packed boxes still sitting around and can be a bit messy. It can be a hit or miss kind of location. Not a great party section. Cleaning supply and kitchen area are a weird layout and often a mess. -Dollar Tree, 2863 N Decatur Rd, Decatur ...
I worked at Dollar Tree for four years so I feel I'm somewhat qualified to reply. To my knowledge, the largest Dollar Tree in WNY is in Lockport because it uses their largest layout. There might be others but I haven't seen them yet. However Dollar Tree has issues staying in stock consistently due to being understaffed.
The ones around me in CH are not amazing 😅. Apparently the largest Dollar Tree is in Burlington, which I haven’t been to (but people in the reviews say it isn’t great either). So, if you shop at Dollar Tree or have some insight on the BEST ones in the triangle, please let me know (and why you love it, if possible)! Thank you so much :)!!!!

🤔, all Dollar Trees (my usual go-tos are Kearny Mesa, Mira Mesa & Clairemont) seem about the same size to me. 99 Cents Only Stores are all uniformly bigger than Dollar Trees, and have fresh produce as well... Edit: not at a dollar price point, but GTM (locations in Santee, Chula Vista and Lemon Grove) is the BEST discount store

Seconding. I'm also a Dollar Tree fan and this is the best one in our area by far. There's another one up there right next to At Home that's pretty good as well. Here in Nash the best bet is probably 2312 Murfreesboro Pike, over by the airport.
In think this is a lower income area issue. I live on oxford less then 2 blocks from park fair so don’t get me wrong I’m not trying to down play where anyone lives. I’ve heard that about the park fair DT and the one up the street on Douglas by the old plaza where the hours are just insane.
