Problem is the INF tells windows to use "00 00 00 00" for ConverstionIdleTime, and PerformanceIdleTime, but windows or most likely the realtek driver resets these in my case to "03 00 00 00" immediately or on reboot, 03 meaning D3 power state after 3 seconds of no audio.
