St. James Parish Church, is located in Holetown, St. James, Barbados. It stands on one of the oldest parcels of consecrated land on the island, often known in Barbados as "God's acre". Part of the Diocese of Barbados in the Church in the Province of the West Indies, St. James Parish Church is just north of Holetown, beside Folkestone Park.
St. John's Parish Church is an historic church building in Barbados. [1] It is the first church of St. John that is presumed to have been a simple wooden building, but its date is unknown. The parish along with St. George , was carved out of St. Michael in 1640–1641.
A monument erected to commemorate this first landing on the island erroneously records the date as 1605. Since 1977, the town has also celebrated the Barbados Holetown Festival to commemorate this landing. The name Holetown comes from the stream, The Hole, which provided a safe landing place for the settlers. [4]

All Saints' Church. All Saints' Anglican Church is a historic Church located at Pleasant Hall, Saint Peter, Barbados.The original church dates back to 1649 [citation needed] when a chapel was established to 'ease' the then colonial settlers from having to venture to the St. James Parish Church and the St. Peter's Parish Church.

Destroyed by a hurricane in 1780, the church was rebuilt nine years later. The church was later damaged in the great hurricane of 1831 but not destroyed. When the Diocese of Barbados was established, St. Michael's Parish Church became St. Michael's Cathedral, with Bishop William Hart Coleridge as its first bishop in 1825.
