As stated in the foreword to this book, it was written sometime after Neville's death in 1972. It was not written by Neville Goddard, but one of his students called Margaret Ruth Broome. She based the work on a series of shorthand notes taken during his lectures in 1952, which I believe is why the date 1952 is given to this book.
