The count tiles are still those with 5 or 10 pips. This adds 2 more count tiles worth ten each: the 7-3 and 8-2. Counters are thus: 0-5, 1-4, 2-3, 4-6, 5-5, 7-3, 8-2. Note the 7-8, a 15-point tile is not a count tile. In the deal, each of the four players takes 11 tiles each. One tile is not dealt and is left face-down.
