The Grove is located on Farm to Market Road 1114 and Texas State Highway 36, 16 mi (26 km) southeast of Gatesville, 36 mi (58 km) southwest of Waco, and 85 mi (137 km) north of Austin via Interstate 35 in eastern Coryell County. It is also a two-hour drive from the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. [2]
Honey Creek State Natural Area is a nature preserve of almost 2300 acres in western Comal County, Texas, United States. The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department acquired part of the natural area from the Nature Conservancy in 1985 [ 1 ] and the rest from a private individual in 1988.
Within the park, the route curves to the north and then to the northwest; a spur route, signed as PR 33A, branches off to the northeast and provides access to boat launching and camping areas. [ 1 ] [ 3 ] The PR 33 designation ends within the park, near the Park Store and Marina.
A 436-acre (1.8 km 2) grassland park located in extreme northeast Collin County, Texas. The tax payers of Collin County provided the funding for this park in 1983 by passing the Open Space Bond Fund of Collin County. The park was contracted in 1986 and dedicated April 28, 1990.

Copper Breaks State Park is a state park in Hardeman County, Texas, located approximately 12 miles (19 km) south of Quanah, the county seat. It covers 1,898.8 acres (768.4 ha) and contains two small lakes and 10 miles (16 km) of trails.
