Mons is a rural residential locality in the Sunshine Coast Region, Queensland, Australia. [2] It is part of the Buderim urban centre. In the 2021 census , Mons had a population of 1,179 people.

Forest Glen Road continues east as a two-lane undivided county highway that passes Holy Cross Hospital and intersects Sligo Creek Parkway before ending just short of US 29 (Colesville Road) in Four Corners.
