Barroz is the soundtrack album to the 2024 Malayalam-language epic children's fantasy film of the same name directed by Mohanlal in his directorial debut, who also starred in the titular character. The film's soundtrack consisted of five original songs in both Malayalam and Portuguese languages.
A romantic song (Peelings) featuring Allu Arjun and Rashmika and choreographed by Sekhar was filmed in Hyderabad. [15] The song, "Peelings", featured Malayalam lyrics written by Siju Thuravoor and those lyrics were sung by Aparna Harikumar, Indu Sanath and Gayathry Rajeev. Puthren roped in Rajesh Murugesan as the film's composer in April 2014, following the success of Neram. The track "Kaanunna Kalyanam", the lyrics pattern has been followed in Malayalam and Hindi version songs. But in Tamil version song "Kannukkulle" the lyrics pattern was different. As there was a change over of male and female lyric part compare to Telugu version. To match the lip sync, the song was reshot in Tamil version alone. [5]
