Three NCAA bids in four years was Vanderbilt's best postseason run since the early 1990s. Jermaine Beal was named First Team All-SEC after leading Vanderbilt in scoring and assists, and Stallings was named SEC Coach of the Year for the second time in four seasons. In 2010–11, Stallings led Vanderbilt to a 23–11 overall record, 9–7 in the SEC.
