News Breakfast is an Australian news breakfast television program. It is broadcast on ABC TV and ABC News channel from 6:00 am to 9:00 am AEST or AEDT on weekdays and is hosted by James Glenday and Bridget Brennan. The program is also streamed live on ABC iView and the Australia Network throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
The local radio services are mostly a simulcast of their AM radio equivalents (FM in the case of Darwin); however, alternate programming is aired pre-empting most sports coverage (which is moved to digital-only station ABC Sport). This programming is also on the ABC's online streams, where sporting rights may prevent international coverage.

The program moved to SWR Triple 9 in 2018 [30] to accommodate MJ's study schedule at the Australian Film Television Radio School. [31] Both continued as members of Alive 90.5 and Big Stu briefly presented a spin-off program in the original time slot called Country Universe. [32] MJ has since moved into commercial radio.
