Every once in a while (typically at least once every couple of minutes), the action in any of my 3D games freezes (similar to a lag spike, but Internet connect has been verified as problem-free). It doesn't last for more than a second or so, but it completely stops all action on the screen and then, almost immediately, resumes.
Hardware configuration: CPU: intel12700K. GPU; NVIDIA quadro RTX 4000. Monitor: HP M27fwa. OS: Windows 10. So my issue is that whenever I am browsing videos (youtube, WSL, Netflix, etc) I get a black screen for a moment (less than 1sec) almost everytime I load a video, maximize or minimize the browser window where I am watching the video, close the window, etc.

It keeps wanting to place each table on a separate page so my resume ends up being 3 pages. I need to edit it down to one page.
