The thing that makes Naruto better is consistent story arcs and the flow of the story. For Bleach, it is actually quite a mess, but if you would compare some of the best story arcs from Bleach, it is actually better than Naruto. Now for animation, music and artwork Bleach still beats Naruto.
One Piece lore feels like it expands more casually just because it isn’t as condensed as the other 2. Naruto and Bleach dedicated small segments to focus strictly on previous generations lives and how their choices influenced the current generation. One piece spreads that kind of stuff out.
Naruto is significantly better than bleach if only due to its consistency. Rarely, in all of the naruto episodes, did I feel like watching the show was a chore. Even the filler episodes were tolerable, and usually not very long. Bleach on the other hand, was amazing up until the end of season 4. All of season 5 is a gigantic irredeemable ...
I agree that overall Naruto (not you Boruto!) is better than Bleach in fights from 1v1 to X vs X fights, emotional moments, variety of abilities among others. But somehow, I am more fond of Bleach than Naruto. maybe I'll put it this way. When I was younger, I liked Naruto more than Bleach.. eventually I grew to like Bleach more.
Bleach When I first started Bleach I was almost finished with OG Dragon Ball, starting Kazekage rescue, and midway through Skypiea. It held my number 1 spot for quite sometime. Naruto It was amazing in part 1, it started off slow in Shippuden but the peak in mid Shippuden was amazing. Sasuke vs Deidara - Nagato's death was the peak of Naruto.

Bleach has better speed feats, but people constantly go for the "Itachi is faster than lightning" (wrong) and "Naruto is faster than light" (wrong) to have the Narutoverse heavily wanked in terms of speed, even against other universes which are quantifiably (?) faster.
Literally Naruto could be killed by random Shinigami. To make this fair I assume that chakra and reiatsu is the same thing and Naruto is a Shinigami as well. Of course top of Bleach scale much higher than Naruto, but top of Naruto's universe is on par with middle to high in Bleach in my opinion.
