FÁS (IPA:), the common name for An Foras Áiseanna Saothair (Irish pronunciation: [ənˠ ˈfˠɔɾˠəsˠ ˈaːʃən̪ˠə ˈsˠiːhəɾʲ]; lit. ' The Training and Employment Authority '), was a state agency in Ireland with responsibility for assisting those seeking employment.
