In reply to Postmaster52's post on March 5, 2020. I reported the problem to Broderbund. They said there is code in Version 12.1 that is not compatible with the updated Windows 10. Their suggestion was to update to Version 12.2. I purchased this Version for $29.95 but used the code WELCOME25 for a 25% discount .

However, in the past this forum has helped me resolve other Windows 10-related issues when I've had trouble. My friend has an older version of Broderbund Print Shop used for mailing labels. After the December 24, 2016 Windows 10 update his Print Shop quit working. Now when he clicks on an existing label file all he gets is a "boing" type of noise.
