Depends where you're downloading from but there are legit ways to play on PC. For example, the emulator RPCS3 plays NCAA 14 perfectly for me on PC. Thanks bro. I just looked on YouTube for a tutorial and got it working.

Hey guys, I have a question. Recently I have bought a pc and I want to play ncaa 14. I spent countless hours on the game as a kid & want to play it on the pc. My question is what’s the best way to install it safety? Like the title says Ima pc noob, but I do know that older games take more work to get working on pc.
I just did this.. i watched mutgeezer and PC Trojan. I recommend PC Trojan, although both are doing gods work. Mutgeezer will give you all the files and zips needed MINUS THE ACTUAL GAME. Mutgeezer also doesn’t actually do the install with you. PC Trojan literally goes each step, its dummy proof. I watched the 2021 video I believe.

Here's a great guide on how to do that. The process takes about 30 minutes and you just need a USB drive. It is completely safe.
