William Crittenden Mooney (June 15, 1855 – July 24, 1918) was a U.S. Representative from Ohio. His parents were Colonel Samuel L. Mooney, a major figure in the development of Monroe County , and Martha Kirkpatrick.
Born in Woodsfield, Ohio, Weddle grew up in a farm and came from a large family of ten brothers and four sisters that had its own baseball team, the Weddle Auctioneers, while her father was a semi-professional pitcher. Weddle played shortstop for a boys baseball team in junior high, but she was not allowed to play with them in high school.
Woodsfield is a village and the county seat of Monroe County, Ohio, United States, located about 30 miles (48 km) northeast of Marietta. The population was 2,210 at the 2020 census . [ 4 ] [ 5 ]

Jacquelyn Kirtley O'Brien (July 23, 1931 – November 19, 2013) was a Republican member of the Ohio House of Representatives [1] from 1985 to 2001. Her district consisted of a portion of southeastern Hamilton County, Ohio. She was succeeded by Tom Brinkman Jr., also a Republican.
The original house located on the property was a Queen Anne style residence, built with elements such as a corner tower. Such was the house when it became the home of William C. Mooney, a scion of Woodsfield's most prominent commercial family and vice-president of the Monroe Bank downtown.
