Bennett Joseph Savage (born September 13, 1980 [1]) is an American actor. He played the lead role of Cory Matthews on the ABC sitcom Boy Meets World (1993–2000) and its Disney Channel sequel Girl Meets World (2014–2017).
During the first season, 11 yr old Cory Matthews starts 6th grade at Jefferson Elementary School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with his friend Shawn Hunter and love-interest Topanga Lawrence, and was taught by Mr. George Feeny.
