Chantal Jennifer Kreviazuk CM (/ ʃ ɑː n ˈ t ɑː l ˌ k r ɛ v i ˈ æ z ə k / shahn-TAHL KREV-ee-AZ-ək; born May 18, 1973) is a Canadian singer, songwriter, composer, and pianist.Born in Winnipeg, she played music from a young age before signing with Columbia Records in the 1990s.
