Amor real (English: Real Love) [nb 1] is a Mexican telenovela produced by Carla Estrada for Televisa, broadcast by Canal de las Estrellas (now known simply as Las Estrellas). It originally aired from June 9 to October 17, 2003. Amor real is a historical drama set in the Mexican post-independence period of the mid-19th century.

The story begins when Victoria Balvanera (Erika Buenfil), owner of large lands and a prestigious advertising agency, suffers an attempted kidnapping on the family farm; José Ángel (Eduardo Yáñez), who comes to request the position of foreman for her, saves her from the criminals.
It aired on Univision Monday March 21, 2005, 9pm/8c replacing Amor Real. The last episode was broadcast Monday September 5, 2005, with La esposa virgen replacing it. The novela was then replaced with La esposa virgen, which expanded to take up the entire hour. Televisa later re-aired the program, with a new ending, in 2007.
