Normally to calculate the fuel consumption/100 kms is: x= litres x 100 kms / kms done. The kms done is calcualted by deducting the Current Kms Reading from the previous Kms Reading.

Daily Fuel Level Consumption. Dear all. I have 3x diesel tanks which fuel our generators. Each tank holds 125000 litres of diesel. The generators run 24 hours a day currently. We take readings from each of the 3 tanks every morning and add them to our spreadsheet. We can work out the fuel consumption over the last 24 hours using simple math.

What he means is that you paste that formula where you want it, then in the formula bar, put your cursor in the formula then hit the ctrl/shift/enter keys all at the same time, {} will appear on each side of the formula which will "activate" it. You CANNOT put those braces in the formula, you have to "activate" the ...

This is essentially what I built into the spreadsheet....If you had $1,500 of fuel (300 gal x $5/gal) and then added it to $2,400 of fuel (400 gal x $6/gal), then the average cost of the fuel in your tank is $5.57/gal. ($3,900/700). The cost of your 500 gal trip is $2,786 (500 gal x $5.57/gal). Attached Files.
Hi. I am trying to develop a formula to obtain consumption of materials in excel. I have for example: Product 1 and Product 2 that consumes at 1 to - 60 kg and 30 kg from Material A. In one sheet I have volumes for products, in one sheet I have bom and in 1 sheet should result me consumption of materials.
Re: Time to miles per hour. =distance/time/24. or. =distance/ (time*24) and formatted at a number. Excel times are stored as a decimal fraction. of a day (time displays are handled by formatting), so you have to. distance/time gives miles/day, so you have to convert it to miles/hour. Jerry.
