The Keokuk Junction Railway Co. (reporting mark KJRY), is a Class III railroad in the U.S. states of Illinois and Iowa. [3] It was formerly a subsidiary of Pioneer Railcorp, [ 2 ] but now operates as a subsidiary of Patriot Rail Company .
The Keokuk Junction Railway (KJRY) acquired the local yard trackage and switching rights from the bankrupt Rock Island lines, and in 1981 they bought all of the shares of the Keokuk Union Depot Company. The depot was used by the KJRY as the base for their tourist train operations, and its trolley rides across the Mississippi into Illinois.

On December 24, 1986, the Santa Fe sold a 28-mile (45 km) portion of the TP&W line between La Harpe and Keokuk, to the Keokuk Junction Railway (KJRY), which had been created to operate former Rock Island (RI) trackage in Keokuk.
