Simone Nicole Jean Lahbib Ould Cheikl (/ l ə ˈ b iː b /; born 6 February 1965) [1] is a Scottish actress. She is known for her roles as Helen Stewart in the ITV drama series Bad Girls, DCI Alex Fielding in the ITV crime series Wire in the Blood and Katy Lewis in the BBC soap opera EastEnders.
Portrayed by Simone Lahbib; Appears in: Series 1–3; Helen Stewart is Wing Governor of G-Wing, whose authority is seldom respected by the prisoners. Bad Girls is a British television drama series that was broadcast on ITV from 1 June 1999 until 20 December 2006.
