Holy Trinity Church aerial view. The Church of the Holy Trinity is a Grade I listed parish church of the Church of England in Long Melford, Suffolk, England. It is one of 310 medieval English churches dedicated to the Holy Trinity. The church was constructed between 1467 and 1497 in the late Perpendicular Gothic style.

Roger Martin (c. 1526/7 – 3 August 1615) was an English Catholic recusant and churchwarden of Holy Trinity Church, Long Melford, Suffolk from 1554 to 1558/9. [1] He is chiefly known for his description of the pre- Reformation ceremonies and decorations of Holy Trinity Church.
