The North County Transit District (NCTD) is the agency responsible for public transportation in Northern San Diego County, California.The agency manages the COASTER commuter rail service between Oceanside and San Diego, the SPRINTER hybrid rail service between Escondido and Oceanside, the BREEZE transit bus service, LIFT paratransit service, and FLEX on-demand and point-deviation service.

SDSU Transit Center is a San Diego Trolley station on the Green Line and bus hub. It is located on the campus of San Diego State University (SDSU). The line connects the main campus with SDSU Mission Valley, a noncontiguous campus expansion which contains Snapdragon Stadium. The entrances are between College Avenue and Campanile Drive.
The project was initiated by the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) in June 2005, in cooperation with the City of Escondido and NCTD.
