On December 15, the GAO dismissed Lockheed Martin's protest because the company on December 11 decided to file a “Notice of Post-Award Bid Protest” with the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. The company filed its official protest on December 17. [26] Lockheed Martin withdrew its protest in the Court of Federal Claims on 17 February 2016.
