About halfway through seeding the TJ had transmission+hydraulic issues and had to go in to the ...

The tillage tools will depend on how steep your country is. The park brake is dangerous if your not quick on the button when you stall the tractor. Reply Like.

Ours has held together and seems to work good, and a 24 speed is a lot cheaper to buy than a ps. We bought our 425 used, and after looking at a lot of tractors including 6 or 7 tj/stx's we found most had significant engine vibration.

New Holland TM125. Been looking for a tractor to drive our 13" auger at harvest. Found a real good price on a 2000 NH TM125. The tractor looks good and would do the job. The down side is it has 11,000 hours. I would only be putting on 100 hours a year. Motor doesnt use any oil and the 18sd transmision seems alright.
