Da Nang or Danang [nb 1] (Vietnamese: Đà Nẵng, Vietnamese pronunciation: [ɗaː˨˩ n̪a˧˥ˀŋ]) is the fifth-largest city in Vietnam by municipal population. [7] It lies on the coast of the South China Sea of Vietnam at the mouth of the Hàn River , and is one of Vietnam's most important port cities.
Hải Châu is an urban district of Da Nang in the South Central Coast region of Vietnam. This is the administrative, cultural and commercial center of the city. The city hall, the main theater and main market are located in Hải Châu. Da Nang International Airport is just about 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) away from the district's center.

The Dragon Bridge (Vietnamese: Cầu Rồng) is a bridge over the River Hàn in Da Nang, Vietnam.. Construction of the bridge began on 19 July 2009 (the same day as the inauguration of the nearby Thuận Phước Bridge) when former prime minister of Vietnam Nguyen Tan Dung and many high-ranking government officials attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

Da Nang Hi-tech Park (DHTP) (Vietnamese: Khu công nghệ cao Đà Nẵng) was established under the Decision No. 1979/QD-TTg dated on October 28, 2010, of the Vietnamese Prime Minister. [ 1 ] After the other two Hi-Tech Parks in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City , Danang Hi-Tech Park is the third one of the whole country.
