Montville Township Public Schools utilizes online registration for all new students in grades K-12. Before entering registration data online parents should review the instructions by clicking here. As per Policy 5112:
STEP ONE. Please gather the following documents to prepare for registration: Three Proofs of Residency as described below. Birth Certificate. Physical and Immunizations. Copy of your license. Health forms are required by each school. Please follow this link for fillable Health Forms or to download and print them.
