Hey all! Just wondering what the longest water outage y’all have experienced in Gwinnett. I live in an apartment complex and our water was turned off without any notice or explanation for nearly 8 hours. When I called the county, they said there weren’t any water outages, so it must’ve been on private property.

Haunting-Response209 OP replied to milkofthehash 3 mo. ago. You seem like a very helpful person. Apparently people on Goggle reviews who even pay their water bill online still get their water cut off because their payment didn’t show up in the system. Even though the money was taken out of their account.
