To arrange emails in chronological order follow this step. Click on "Received" on the title bar on top of your emails. Note: Emails will either arranged ascending or descending. After I bought the subscription, I have not able to open or send emails on my MSN mail but can receive and send messages on Hotmail. When I try to open an email I get a notice that" Msn could not retrieve the Message from MSN Hotmail.

In the left pane of the Hotmail window, click the Deleted folder, scroll to the bottom of the window, and then click recover deleted messages. Hotmail will recover as many messages as possible and put them in your Deleted folder.
