Go to Your Dashboard. Login into your Microsoft’s Certification Profile and attempt to visualize your Certifications. (The email used at the moment to Login should be visible in the PSR). Show that the Certificates are missing, and also show the emails linked at Settings > Account Management. Select Stop Record.

Starting February 1, 2019, Microsoft no longer provides Microsoft Certified Professional certificate by passing your first MCP exam. I can confirm that you have passed the Exam 70-740 which is one of the requirements to obtain MCSA: Windows Server 2016 certificate. In order to earn MCSA certificate, you also need to pass exams 70-741 and 70-742.
