The integration will work whether they are both the same (i.e. both ad-supported or ad-free) or if you have a mix. If you have a mix, you will see ads based on the origin of the content (i.e. if you have ad-free Disney+, but ad-supported Hulu then Disney+ content will continue to stream ad-free while Hulu content will play with ads).
South African here. There's 2 plans ZAR49 ($2.60) and ZAR139($7.30) per month currently. I've used Disney plus for like 2-3 months. At first there was streaming options of 1080p for my PC. But then it changed to max 720p. And I could not find a way to get my TV to stream 4k.
Here are some ways to get Disney content. I wish you good luck! Find your content from other sites/p2p. Most stuff on Disney Plus are already uploaded in good quality. Make sure to go for WEB-DL instead of a rip to guarantee the best quality. Also some advice I have is make sure you get the right version.
I remember watching both on Disney Channel when I was younger. I’m doing a double feature of Flight of the Navigator and the Black Hole. Watched Captain Marvel, Pocahontas 2, The Three Caballeros, Live Lady and the Tramp, Olaf's Winter Adventure and Snow White. Haven't had much time, and there is still a ton to watch.
Disney Plus (4K) Tubi Peacock TLDR: Browsers are fine they can do 4k playback but they don't support the same DRM as UWP app. And Disney is the problem. Disney doesn't allow any of their media to be played at anything beyond 720p (Movies Anywhere, Hulu, Disney+) on a Windows PC
My account was hacked/stolen and Disney Customer Support fixed it in minutes. So two days ago my disney+ was hacked. I saw an email that said something about an updated account and soon realized someone had replaced their email and password with mine. "CRAP". So I changed my password on all of my important things email, credit card apps ect ect.
I log into disney plus on google chrome. I hover my cursor on the profile on the top right and click on app settings and it tells you under data usage that there are three options: automatic, moderate and save data. For automatic it says it streams in the highest quality available up to 4k uhd. You should find it now.
Plus, the time between breaks varies by 1 or 2 minutes. It's very possible to get a break after only 7 or 8 minutes in some cases. The best response to companies pushing ads on paid tiers is to just cancel. People bought into cable because it was ad-free. Then they brought in ads and kept jacking up the price.
The other reason is a lot of their content was produced on SD or HD video and not film (ie. many Disney Channel shows, etc) so 4K would be unnecessary (though some do get HD upgrades). The entire feature film catalogs from Pixar, the MCU, and Star Wars are in 4K, as well as most animated movies from the past 10+ years.
I just cancelled my Disney Plus subscription not 5 minutes before seeing this thread. I remember signing up at $99 way back when and my renewal was coming up Nov 22 and the new price is $139. After taxes (Canada it’s over $150) and I’m like nah. That’s it. I’m done.
