They paid cash for the amount leftover after using my Mperks. They shopped at a Meijer in Rockford, Illinois. I am in a suburb outside of Detroit, Michigan. I called Mperks and gave them information from the Rockford receipt. They reinstated my list Mperks money after waiting for me to change my password and PIN number. Darn hackers!!
mPerks. Edit: I was finally able to log in! I went to the Meijer website in my browser (I used Safari). After I attempted a login on the website, the login screen there had a button that said something like "unlock account." It then made me reset my password, and suddenly I was able to log in both on the website and my app!
I had $44 worth of Mperks used by hackers on May 13th. I noticed when I logged into my account the next day. The hackers bought noodles, croutons, salad mix, salad dressing, root beer pop, four steaks, and ice cream!! They paid cash for the amount leftover after using my Mperks. When you go into the Meijer app it will tell you if you have points expiring and when. If you set the app to send you notifications, then it should send you a notification at the beginning of the month that your points will expire at the end of that month. Mine does at least.
